Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This policy explains what DeepXycen (“we”, “us”), operated by DATV Creative Xtudios, collects when you use our chat service, and what we do with it. Contact: [email protected].
1. What we collect
- Account: your email address and password. Passwords are stored in hashed form by our authentication provider, so we cannot read them.
- Profile: full name, username, home country, birth date, AI language and an optional profile picture.
- Conversations: the messages you send and the AI’s replies, saved to your account so you can come back to them.
- Attachments: files you attach are sent to the AI to answer your question. We do not store the files themselves. Only the file names appear in the saved message.
- Owner access to chats: if you are a member of an Education team, the team owner can read all of your chats (but not images). If you are a member of an Organisation team, the owner can read your chats with team projects and in team servers. Owners can only read them and cannot edit them.
- Education monitoring: if you are a member (not the owner) of an Education team, your messages to the AI are automatically checked, using Google’s AI service, for content that may be inappropriate for school. If something is flagged, the team owner receives a notification naming you and the type of concern, but not your message. Organisation teams are not monitored. The check is automatic and can be wrong.
- Team servers: messages you send in a team server are saved and visible to the other members of that server and to the team owner, including messages sent to members only. Messages sent “to AI” are also sent to Google’s AI service to write a reply. Messages cannot be edited.
- Team projects: bots that a team owner shares with the team. Members who accept a project can see its name and instructions.
- Teams and notifications: your Education or Organisation ID code, your team memberships and invitations, and the notifications you receive.
- Bots: the names and instructions you write for custom bots, saved to your account.
- Images: on the Ultra plan, the descriptions you type for image creation are sent to Cloudflare’s AI service, and the pictures it makes are saved to your private storage until you delete the chat.
- Usage and plan: how many messages you send per day and your plan (Free, Pro or Ultra), to enforce daily limits. Chat titles are generated by the AI from your first message.
- Demo: if you use the demo without an account, we store a hashed (scrambled) version of your network address and a message count, to limit the demo. We do not store the readable address.
- On your device: your browser keeps a login session in its local storage so you stay signed in.
2. How we use it
To run the service: sign you in, show your chats, apply your language setting, enforce usage limits, and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell your personal information and we do not show ads.
3. Who else handles your data
- Supabase: accounts, database and profile picture storage.
- Cloudflare: website hosting, traffic handling and security, and image generation.
- Google: AI processing. Your messages and attachments are sent to Google’s AI service to produce replies. Under the terms that apply to free usage, Google may use this content to improve its products, and it may be reviewed by people. Please do not share passwords, financial details, health records or other sensitive information in chats.
These providers may process data in countries other than your own.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your account and chats until you delete them or ask us to delete your account. Deleting a chat in the app removes it from our database. Demo limit records contain only a scrambled value and a count.
5. Your choices and rights
You can edit your profile and password in Settings and delete any chat in the app. To access, correct, export or delete your data, or to delete your account, email [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
6. Children
DeepXycen is for people aged 13 and over. If we learn that a child under 13 has an account, we will delete it.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your data, including per-user access rules on our database. No online service is completely secure.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
